This is the little that comes easily and pleasantly to a healthy soul (or one sincerely wanting healing), but for a sick soul it can for some time be a strong but, to put it mildly, unpleasant medicine.
Are these practices a panacea or medicine for severe neglected diseases?
Of course not. The main thing you need to understand – this text is not about the health of soul and body. And not about you personally or your infinite soul. What’s hidden in this text is hidden in the most visible place. And therefore it doesn’t immediately yield to search and disclosure.
