Among other things, a business representative, organization, or private individual who makes the largest donation through the one-time donation system becomes a candidate for participation in the project’s governing body. With the ability to vote on strategic project decisions and bring their initiatives up for general discussion. More detailed instructions regarding such participation are provided to the candidate after the quarterly review of the largest one-time donations.
